ComplianceTo cultivate a healthy and effective corporate culture, the Judicial Affairs & Compliance Department, headed by the companypresident, conducts training using the FP Corporation Action Charter, FP Corporation Normative Rules for Compliance, andCompass for Action, to provide detailed guidance on compliance issues.FP Corporation Action CharterOfficers and employees of FP Corporation Group must comply with all laws,agreements and company regulations as dictated by the company’s managementprinciples,andwithhighethicalstandardsandasenseofdecency,willstriveto:1. Provide useful products, information and services to society andstrivetogainandsatisfythetrustofconsumersandcustomers.2. Contribute to the development of culinary culture by developingand providing products that show consideration for safety,consumerconfidenceandtheenvironment.3. Obtain the cooperation of consumers and customers to activelyimplement FPCO Method recycling, perform extended producerresponsibilities,andprotecttheglobalenvironment4. Compete fairly, transparently, and freely in all our business activities5. Communicate in multiple ways with our shareholders and productusersandactivelypromotefairdisclosureofcompanyinformation6. Respect our employees’human rights and individuality andprovideasafeworkplaceenvironmentthatfacilitatestheirwork7. Officers shall understand the spirit of this charter and their ownroles, lead by example, and keep employees, group companiesand suppliers informed while actively setting up and reassessingsystemswithinthecompany.12. If a situation arises that is contrary to the spirit of this charter, thecompany will assume responsibility, and officers and employeesshall work together to solve problems, determine their causesand prevent them from reoccurring. It guarantees fair counseling andthorough privacy protection so employees can be free of concern in contactingit. It responds to inquiries on trouble in the workplace, including sexualharassment and abuse of authority, to inquiries on programs for childcareleave, nursing care leave, etc. and to various other topics of consultation.11 FP Corporation CSR Report 2014
