Relations with CustomersFP Corporation’s salesstaff endeavor to win thetrust of customers. Theyhave defined this as oneoftheirtargets.? Product Demonstration inKitchen StudioFP Corporation regularly invites customers to its kitchen studiowhere it holds assorted seminars. These include sessionsfor proposing products to users, new product workshopsfor dealers, environmental seminars and other events aimedat offering the latest information such as suggesting ways touse containers, sales approaches and changes in marketconditions. All of these seminars are well received. We are alsoworking to offer ideas on production and product displays byactually displaying packaged food products in the refrigerateddisplay case in the seminar venue.Our Osaka Branch, relocated in May 2013, now has a kitchenstudio comparable to that of the Tokyo Headquarters. Ithas kitchen equipment, a refrigerated display case, audioenvironment and meeting space.
